A clever, Victorian era, multi-photo locket, substantiallymodeled in 14k yellow gold, whose orb-like form is hand-pierced with a series ofbaroque heart shapes and a central medallion featuring a compass rose. This unusual, unfolding locket is bound by a pair of arms that snap into place, securing the orb— raise and release those arms and the locket opens outlike an accordion, revealing six round photo receivers. This magical old locket is entirely hand built— its construction isprecise and ingenious! We especially love the compass rose detail, for its perfect “find your way” symbolism, and the little ring of stars that surround it. Thislocketis equipped with a large, round jump ring.
